We work on the financial side of companies and projects: modelling, capital structure, transaction preparation and, where appropriate, direct investment.
What we believe
We do not think the binding constraint in this region is the availability of capital. Funds, banks, development institutions and private investors are active here. The harder thing to find is a proposition they can underwrite.
The gap shows from both sides. A company with real revenue and a sound plan, turned away because its numbers were never assembled the way a credit committee reads them. An investor holding an allocation for the region, with nothing in front of them that clears their own tests. Both wanted the same transaction. Neither could reach it.
That is not a shortage of money. It is a shortage of preparation, and it is the work we do: the model, the structure, the documentation, built until a proposition can be examined on its merits rather than dismissed on its presentation.
We work with people who have built something real. Founders. Shareholders deciding what comes next. Sponsors with a project that deserves a serious hearing. We are not looking for the safest story in the room. We are looking for the one the numbers can defend.
We will not tell you that financing is assured. That decision belongs to the investor, the lender or the institution, every time. What we will do is make certain that what reaches them is the strongest true version of your case, and say plainly when we think it is not ready, or when we think the answer will be no.
Industries are not changed by the people most comfortable in them. They are changed by companies willing to be examined closely and found sound. If you are building something that can survive that kind of scrutiny, bring it to us early rather than polished.

- Every client engagement is treated as strictly confidential. We do not discuss mandates, clients or transactions outside formal engagement structures.
- Institutional standards
- We apply appropriate diligence, governance and regulatory standards to each engagement and identify any interests that require disclosure.
- Role disclosed
- When ERAM Invest considers investing in a transaction, we disclose that role at the outset and do not present ourselves as an independent adviser in the same deal.
